Our Mitre 10 hardware stores ensure our prices are competitive and there are not delays in supply of materials. Everything from the letterbox to garden plants can be supplied – all you have to do is ask.
A FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WITH NO HIDDEN COSTS
Your price includes preparation of all documents, plans and permit fees with no extra costs. We will build on your land on Phillip Island, throughout Gippsland and other regions.
WEATHER WISE
A Coldon home is designed to withstand the harshest weather. Our resident structural engineer and building surveyor will ensure that homes constructed on sites exposed to gale force winds are tied down and braced. And our aluminium window frames and glazing are made of heavier than usual materials as further protection from the winds.

The exterior of your home can be render, brick veneer, timber and any other modern building material. Windows, doors and screens come in durable maintenance free, color coated aluminium with an option of timber windows. A Coldon home will contain interior fittings to suit your requirements.
